The Platform
OrgMemory is an insight-management platform designed for analyst teams and knowledge-intensive organisations. It gives teams a single place to capture findings, log the questions that surfaced them, and build a searchable record that persists beyond the people who originally held it. Most knowledge tools optimise for documents. OrgMemory optimises for understanding.
The Problem
Analyst insight tends to live in the wrong places: buried in slide decks, scattered across Slack threads, or locked inside the heads of people who may eventually leave. When a question gets answered, the answer rarely gets filed in a way that's retrievable months later. Teams end up rediscovering the same territory, asking the same questions, and losing compounding value from work already done.
The brief was to design a product that treats insight as a first-class object: something with structure, context, ownership, and a traceable relationship to the question it was meant to answer.

Ranking Analysts
A core priority was giving visibility to the analysts themselves, not just the insights they produced, but the quality and consistency of their contribution over time. To do this, we designed a ranking system that scores analysts across multiple dimensions: volume of insights captured, questions raised, responses given, and the degree to which their contributions were referenced or built upon by others.
The ranking wasn't designed to be competitive in a punitive sense. It was designed to make expertise legible, so teams could quickly identify who to loop in on a given topic, and so analysts could see where their contribution was landing within the broader knowledge base. A strong ranking reflected depth of engagement, not just output.
